I sent an e-mail to Mike Nifong threatening to move to Durham County, since I am retired, just so I could vote ABNVC. This was his response. I thought it was another arrogant statement.

Gee, Bill. Does this mean you are moving down here from NJ just to vote against me? I am flattered. Bad news, though. You'll be stuck with me at least until the end of December.
And then...:

I am the Bill from NJ that posted the response I got from Nigong, I found it interesting that I did not include my name or where I lived, in my e-mail to him. So not only did he read it and respond to the mail, he looked up some information on me. I think he wanted to see if I was a voter in NC. He found out I wasn't but still sent an arrogant response.
Gee, with all this time on his hands, you'd a thunk he could've gotten some discovery responses out.
That man is a menace.

Bill is a good guy. Nifong is a menace.
Oh, that's funny. Nifong said he will be around at least until the end of December? I guess he is not all that sure he will be around after December? Well, I sure hope he is not- and good riddance to you, Mr. Nifong. Don’t let the door hit you on your way out. On second thought, never mind about the door.
LMAO...Nifong sure does have a complex...he is waaaay toooo paranoid...his snittiness will doom him if he gets this mess before a jury...most people despise those petty, roll-of-the-eyes, smirky/smarmy type of people...he is a little man.
You guys are so gullible. hahahahaha
I question the accuracy of all comments claiming fact I read online.
In this situation, I'm certain that I would not be surprised if Nifong had wrote that email response.
Can you say with as much certainty he did not?
smirk,smirk,smirk!
gullible? Nah, jaded is more like it...I simply wouldn't put *anything* past this man...thanks to Mikey, I will never again trust automatically that the D.A. is the good guy...hey, maybe that's a good thing.
I would think disbarment would be a more pressing issue.
